Today I was tired and really wanted to work from the living room but I stayed at the desk and pushed through. I had lunch with Robbi which was as always, very nice. I spoke with my good friend Shari and know that they both love me for who I am.

Today I was reminded:
I am a good friend to my friends.

Today was the first day back to work after the holiday break. We had a meeting with the team to discuss tasking. I did a good job of asking my questions and giving my opinions. I also met with another team member to discuss a task and was able to talk very intelligently about the product and my task.

Gabe must of missed me today at school. When he returned he gave me about 5 kisses that weren't asked for. This was of course to my delight.

Today it is important to realize:
I am a valuable member of our team.
I have provide great contributions.
I have value.
My kids LOVE me because I am a good Mom.

Today Steven and I had a great day. We went shopping while the kids went back to school. We had a nice lunch and bought his much awaited gun. : )

Today I proved that:
I care deeply about my children and will defend them too the end.
I care about other people and will give when I can.

Be the best I can be and be my biggest fan. Let the success that is possible happen!

Today was a great day. I have pretty cool kids. We hung out until Grace went with Sheila to Sandras. Gabe and I played jenga and then made cookies. I have good patiences with them when cooking with them. It is something I enjoy doing and they like also. I've worked on a menu and planned some tasty things for the week. Steven and I are going shopping while the kids are at school. It will be nice to have a day with him.

Things I know:
I am a good cook.
I am raising great kids.
I am a good teacher to my kids.
We have a nice home.

All of these are important and great things to be proud of.

Be your biggest fan. Let yourself succeed they way you know you can!

I've struggled a lot this year with my self worth and the cycles of depression. I've taken some steps in the right direction to help myself get better. It is time to take additional steps and work harder to be the person I want to be... to be the person I know I already am.

My New Year's Resolutions are to:
Become my own biggest fan!
Be healthier by watching what I eat, exercising regularly and setting a goal of -50lbs by year end.
Search the meaning of things starting with reading the Bible and listening to whatever might be heard.
